60-Day Eligibility WindowWe offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for all products purchased directly through squatlypotty.us. The return period starts the day your order is delivered to your shipping address. You may return any item for any personal reason within this window to receive a refund or exchange.Products bought from third-party retailers (Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc.) do not qualify for our direct website return policy. You must process returns via the original retail store where you purchased the goods.

Mandatory RMA Authorization RequirementAll returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending items back to our warehouse.
- Contact support@squattypotty.com or call 1-855-628-1099 to request your RMA number.
- Packages shipped without a printed RMA number clearly marked on the outside box will be refused and returned to sender, with no refund issued.

Product Condition Rules for Full Refund
To receive a full purchase-price refund (excluding original shipping fees and return shipping costs):
- Merchandise must be returned in original, unused, resalable condition.
- All original factory packaging, instruction manuals, inserts, accessories, and parts must be included with the return.
- The product cannot show heavy wear, stains, scratches, cracks, or damage caused by improper use by the customer.
If items arrive missing components or damaged due to customer misuse, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund after warehouse inspection, with deductions for missing/damaged parts.
- Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Customer’s responsibility: For voluntary returns (changed mind, size/style mismatch, personal dissatisfaction), you pay all outbound return shipping fees. Original shipping charges you paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Company’s responsibility: If items arrive defective, broken, mis-shipped, or damaged in transit, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a pre-paid shipping label after you submit photo proof of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Excluded Non-Returnable Merchandise
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Clearance, discounted final-sale products
- Custom engraved/personalized items
- Single-use intimate hygiene products
- Opened liquid toilet sprays with broken seals
- Refund Processing Timeline & Method
- After our warehouse receives, inspects, and approves your returned package, refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) business days.
- All refunds are credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay). Processing delays from card issuers/banks may add 3–7 extra business days to reflect funds in your account.
- Shipping surcharges, expedited delivery fees, taxes, and discount amounts used on the original order are not refunded.

Order Cancellation Before ShipmentUnshipped orders may be fully canceled by emailing support@squattypotty.com before our fulfillment team dispatches the package. Once the order ships, cancellation requests are denied and you must complete the formal return process to receive reimbursement.

Product Warranty vs. Voluntary ReturnsThe 60-day satisfaction guarantee is separate from our 1-year limited manufacturing warranty.
- 60-day policy: Covers any personal reason return (no defect required).
- 1-year warranty: Only covers factory manufacturing flaws, not general dissatisfaction. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photo documentation of the defect.
